Hi, My 58 Years Old Wife Is Suffering With Hip

Hi,
My 58 years old wife is suffering with hip joint sacrolitis with severe pain in lower back and heel. She also has osteoprosis. Besides she is also suffering with tyroid and chronic gastric. Kindly advise some immediate relief medicines for sacrolitis and osteoprosis.
