Hi. My 6 Year Old Has Small Red Spots On

Hi. My 6 year old has small red spots on his torso that disappear and reappear within hours. He has no symptoms of vomiting and they do not itch. They look like very small red blotches the size of a baby's finger nail. I am concerned as every time we get an appointment at the doctors they go and we go on holiday in 2 days and I don't want him to be ill why we are away. Can you help? Please
