Hi! My 6 Yr Old Son Is Having A Fever

Hi! My 6 yr old son is having a fever once a day(mainly at night), tenderness behind his left ear which is sore to touch, and what appears to be a swollen lymph node on the left side of his neck. He just went through a viral flu and associated ear infection.
I am very worried!
