Hi, My 6ft. Tall Nephew Picked Me Up (I'm A

Hi, My 6ft. tall nephew picked me up (I'm a 5ft., 110lb senior) and bear hugged me and swung me from side to side. I felt something tear. What could it be? The left side of my chest hurts to touch or when I cough. I have a bad cold so am coughing a lot. The chest pain has gotten worse. Will it just heal on it's own or should I do something about it?
