Hi. My 7 Yr.old Son Has Pain In His Penis

Hi. My 7 yr.old son has pain in his penis and a stomach ache. He doesn't seem to have pain when urinating but he has severe bouts of stomach cramping and his penis hurts. I asked him if it burns but he said"no, it hurts". He's had no injuries and has no rash or discharge, no vomiting or diarhea. He said noone has touched him. The pain seems to come & go , but is severe enough to wake him.
