Hi, My 78 Yr. Old Sister Was Diagnosed With Choria

Hi, My 78 yr. old sister was diagnosed with Choria I don't spell very good ! I'm not sure how to spell it ? Exactly what is it ? she is miserable, her left leg & arm just slings all over and she has no control ! Her speech is all slurred like she's drunk ! Is there any medication for this ?
