My Ca 125 went from 12 in Feb.to 17 in June. I tore my menicus in Feb. I haven't had surgery and have a lot of inflamation in my knee. Could this be affecting my readings? Before Feb. they were always in the 7, 8 or 9 range. I had stage 3 ovarian cancer in 2009. My pain management doctor put me on meloxicam last week for back pain. Will this also help my knee? Does inflamation of a joint affect the ca 125 readings?
