Hi My Dad Is 84 Yrs Old And His Creatine

Hi My Dad is 84 yrs old and his Creatine Level is 180 umol/L and his urea level is 23.8 mmol/L..it has been for several months...he is severely itchy and feels ill, yet his family DR's seems to think that he isn't ready to be forwarded to see a Kidney Specialist yet...what would his eGFR ratio be with these levels and is this acceptable to not have him receive further treatment?? Please help us...thankyou
