Hi, My Doc Advised Me To Take Regestrone Last Month.

My Doc advised me to take regestrone last month. I took it as per instruction. After dat i got periods on 24th. Later I had sex without protection. My periods usually come 3 days early. So this month those were expected on 21st but I dont hav it yet. I feel the symptoms of geting periods bt it dosent. I suffer from stomach pain nausea lower back ache bt no periods. Would regestrone change my cycle or would this be cause of pregnancy?
