Hi. My LO Is 10 Months Old. Recently Her Left

Hi. My LO is 10 months old. Recently her left knee seems to pop in and out (shifting side to side). Looks like her knee is dislocating? She doesn't have any pain however it is very hard to see, feel and hear the knee pop. The ankle also shifts. Any ideas? Should we worry?
