Hi. My USG Report Says Both Ovaries Show Echogenic Stroma

Hi.
My USG report says both ovaries show echogenic stroma with multiple small peripherally arranged follicles.
No focal lesion is seen in bilateral adnexae.
I hve been married for 7 months.
Usually my periods come in 26-27 days.
Two months back it got stopped in 3 days.
Then next month I had to take a pill i got periods in 18 days
Nothing irregular other than this
