My baby girl is 2.5 months old and is suffering from abdomen infection for over a month. I have consulted 3-4 doctors and all are of the opinion that these are common symptom in babies and will continue for 4-5 months. She may be allergic to milk (dexolac special care/Nan pro1) and doctors have recommended isomil. The situation gets detioriated when milk is fed and stool becomes bad and presence of mucus is there. It takes some medicinal courses to again get her back to normal stool.
I wanted to know whether the opinions made by the doctors are correct and how long it takes to completely recover from this infection?
