Hi My Baby Is 10 Months Old He Is Having

My baby is 10 months old he is having watery loose motions from last 2 days so doctor gave us
1)Ofloxacin and ornidazole suspension
2)Bacillus Clausii spores suspensions 5 ml 2 time in a day
I only gave my son bacillus so he got some relief for 3-4 hours from loose motion but still problem not resolved. So plz advise me Ofloxacin dose for my 10 months old baby plz
