Hi, My Baby Is 3yrs 2 Months Old. Have Cough

My baby is 3yrs 2 months old. Have cough and cold. due to this cough she is unable to sleep properly and sometimes even vomits. cold is in control but coughing esp during night.
Is til ke laddu safe to eat? also which fruits are advisable during cold cough
