My baby is 4 months old. I'm alternating on mother's milk n dexolac. Can I start on any porridge or boiled veg slowly as she is in her 5th month? Or should I wait for 6 months to get over?? Also to increase my milk, I am prescribed to take lactare n some granules. Is it safe to consume continuously?
