Hi, My Baby Is Not Well From Yesterday He Is

Hi,

My baby is not well from yesterday he is suffering from cough and cold. I realised this is happen after he eats sweets and ice cream. Because of cough sometime he Vomate. He is 2 years old. He is feeling himself very weak

We are giving him clavam bid dry syrup ( I realised after giving this fever comes)and kofarest PD paediatric syrup.

Is this is the right medicine please suggest the same
