Hi. My blood pressure is reading 112/66. I dont usually read my pressure but i felt a sharp pain over my left temple n panicked. Been under some severe stress l8ly. I am a 27yr old mixed-race female. My left limbs are also paining. Both hands n feet. Shud i be worried abt bp is is this prob just stress?
