Hi My Breath Usually Smells Bad And I Never Seemed

Hi
My breath usually smells bad and I never seemed to understand why . I always eat when I have bad breath to cover up the smell which I think it does .
I also recently realized I have lumps on the back of my tongue that smell terrible !!!!! And I also have tonsil stones which also smell Terible !!!!
I am always do self conscious about my breath and have a hard time talking to people .
Please I don't know what's wrong and I need help
I need t get rid of this problem
