My brother had wears headache in the brain from 4-5 days.then we done MRI.reports are informing that study reveals that evidence of large extra axial CSF signal intensity SOL in left temporal region memeasuring 46(tr)×55(CC)×56(AP) mom.it Is hyperintense on T2 and hyperintense on T1WI,flair images with free diffusivity. It is causing mass effect on adjoining panchrrchyma,left temporal lobe and accompanying mild midline shift of 2mom towards right sid.accociated relative hypoplasisa of adjoining parenchyrma is also evidentevident.plz recommend what to dodo please urgently inform
