Hi. My Brother Is 38. He Had Elevated Liver Enzyms

Hi. My brother is 38. He had elevated liver enzyms which was diagnozed as hepatit A. But the problem iz that he suffers from pain in his leg, so that he is even unable to put his legs on the ground. Is there any relation between elevated enzy,es and leg pain? Thank you in advance.
