Hi. My Building Recently Had A Bed Bug Problem And

Hi. My building recently had a bed bug problem and still on high alert. I of course have been paranoid at every skin irritation I feel but just notices on my ankles there are 3 or 4 dozen little red bumps in a cluster that itch and sting. Could this be a result of bed bug powder and household bed bug killing sprays? Or something else I should be concerned about?
