Hi My Child Is 2 Yrs And 2 Months Old.

My child is 2 yrs and 2 months old. From last six months he is having constopation. Doctors gave him looz syrup, which helped him. And about one month back I stopped giving him that syrup. For two weeks he was passing stool normally. But now againg he is having constipation.
He is afraid of stiing while passing poop and soes it while standing. WHile standing also he holds his poop.
He has a fear to relaease it due to constipation.
He doesn't eat during the day anything except a fruit or one or two bites of chapati. Takes milk 3 times a day. In the moring, afternoon and in night.
Please help as he vomits when not able to release it.
I often use a glysrin stick of dulcoflex when looz also not able to help. Today also he vomitted.
