Hi. My Clit Is Very Swollen, Red And Extremely Painful.

Hi. My clit is very swollen, red and extremely painful. It is not itchy though. There is a bit of a white discharge with no odor. It doesn't really burn to pee at all, and I don't have the feeling that I need to pee a lot. I took an at home UTI test and showed that the leukocytes are positive and the nitrite is negative. I just used Monistat to help relieve some of this unbearable pain. What should I do next? I prefer not having to go to a doctor if possible.
