Hi! My dad is 66yo and has HTN that is controlled by medication. No other medical issues.
For the past week he has had fever, night sweats, wheezing and a dry hacking cough. He said it feels like his chest is tight and he can't get any air through. No N/V/D. His fever is relieved by Tylenol but comes back once it wears off. He's been taking Robitussin but that is not helping. He saw his doctor twice. A chest x-ray was ordered on Friday but he did not receive the results. What could it be? Thank you for your assistance.
