Hi. My Daughter (13 1/2) Had Her Head Tucked Trying

Hi. My daughter (13 1/2) had her head tucked trying to do a back flip on the trampoline. She landed on her neck. She complains of center back pain and pain in her sternum when breathing in, laughing, and when she jumped down off a chair she also has pain. I will have her do ibuprofen for the pain (q8h) and to help with any inflammation (soft tissue injury perhaps?) Do you think a chest X-ray is necessary or just do as I am doing? Any advise is appreciated. Thank you.
