Hi My Daughter Has An Avulsion Fracture In The Middle

Hi My daughter has an Avulsion Fracture in the middle of her pinky finger. She is a competitive cheerleader and her team won a summit bid to compete at Disney in Florida April 29th. Is this something that can be splinted and heal on it's own. I hate to have her pulled out by the orthopedic Dr. and not be able to compete.
