Hi, My Daughter Is 13 And She Was Stung By

Hi, My daughter is 13 and she was stung by a bee on her foot on Saturday afternoon. She has been icing it and taking Advil and allergy medication. Tonight it is still swollen and has some light bruising near the sting area. Is this normal or should I take her to the doctor??
