Hi. My daughter is 3 years old. She has been diagnosed with enlarged adenoids. She has symptoms of breathing through mouth at sleep time. Snoring at night. Also off late she has little running node with dry coughing at times. Her pedestrian suggested metaspray once a day for 6 months. Is this right medication. Does this have any side effects.
