Hi. My Daughter Is 3 Years Old And Hasn't Been

Hi. My daughter is 3 years old and hasn't been urinating much the past couple days. She's also been complaining of lower back pain today. Also for the last month or so, she has been complaining about her hands and feet falling asleep a lot, even when she's awake and playing. Any ideas?
