My daughter is 4 and half years old. She has bronchitis problem and falls sick esp. during cold season. She is suffering from cough and palpitations for the past couple of weeks. Our doctor prescribed Sporidex anibiotic along with Asthalin, Budecort nebulization and TUS Q D cough syrup. She is yet to recover. Now when I approached him. He has prescribed althrocin antibiotic, Asthalin,budecort nebulization and TUS Q D cough syrup. I'm worried of using so many antibiotics. She is almost on fluid diet for the past week. She has lost considerable weight too. However she is active and did not get fever so far. Is it fine to start another antibiotic course so soon and what else can we do to get rid of this cough?
