Hi. My Daughter Is 4.5 Yrs Old And Being Administered

Hi. My daughter is 4.5 yrs old and being administered with crocin ds since saturday night. (3 days)
She now has lost her appetite completely and refuses to take fluids juices too.
I found her eyes reddened and ulcers in her mouth. Is it something caused by crocin overdose as we are giving her 6 ml every 4 hrs.
