Hi My Daughter Is A 17 Yo Female Just Returning

Hi My daughter is a 17 yo female just returning from Camp in Calif. She has several bites (presumably bug) on her legs. Around 1am she began having muscle spasms in her left lower leg and by 3:20am the spasms have increased in intensity and now include the whole leg. Should I take her to ER?
