Hi, My Daughter Is A 20 Year Old Girl And

My daughter is a 20 year old girl and has red itchy skin on the front of my neck and chest. She has had it for about 6 months and have seen a number of doctors who have suggested conventional treatments but with very little success. Is there anything else she can do?
