Hi My Daughter Is Suffering With Severe Cough And Cold

Hi My daughter is suffering with severe cough and cold and loose motion.

She is 18 month old.

She has 2 cm hole in her heart as well. Last year she had pneumonia as well

My paediatrician or Doctor always prescribe below medicine(and this time also):

Atarax
Refzil

Livolin, Budate for nibulizer

Could you please let me know if above medicine are good for 18 month old girl or should i change my doctor.

Please advise.
