Hi ... My Daughter Was Born With A Small Heart

Hi ... My daughter was born with a small heart murmur .The cardiologist told me not to worry about it . She also has common variable immune deficiency.Recently she had a stomach virus ,I took her to her pediatrician.while there she complained of chest pain.They listened to her heart and heard a loud squeaking sound .They called rescue and took to the ER .The ER did a EKG that came back normal.So my question is should I be concerned .
