Hi. My Daughter Was Trying To Poop When Suddenly Her

Hi. My daughter was trying to poop when suddenly her nose bled, it was flowing but it was not a lot. It was just for 2 seconds and then gone. Though there some traces of blood in her nose when I wiped it. Should I take her to the doctor now? It's the first time that this happened.
