My daughter, who was diagnosed with polychondritis and mixed connective tissue disorder this past summer, has just been told that she also has hypothyroid and hypopituitary. Her doctor told her that 90% of hypopituitarism is caused by brain tumors. (A scan is forthcoming) Is that right?
