Hi. My Dog Accidentally Scratched Under My Eye With Her

Hi. My dog accidentally scratched under my eye with her paws, about a year a go. Ever since, I have had petechia, but didn't know what it was until now. I hate it under my eye, and i feel really self conscious about it, I'm in my early teen years, and need to know STAT what I can do to get rid of it??
Btw, I have applied plenty of things on my scar, every night and morning since I got the scar (about a year ago).
Please help!!!
