Hi, My Dog Scratched Me With His Nails And I

Hi, My dog scratched me with his nails and I could see a tiny red dot in my feet. It had bitten my son a month ago and I got him treated with rabies shots. The dog is healthy and show no signs of any abnormal behaviour. Do I need to get rabies shot as well?
