Hi, My Dog Started Taking PB This Past Monday For

Hi, My dog started taking PB this past Monday for epileptic seizures. She woke me up about 2 a.m. with severe smacking & licking. I tried to call my vet, but couldn't get in touch with anyone but the switchboard operator. She is running around, hunched over, constantly smacking her mouth & licking her bottom. She's thrown up twice. I don't know what to do for her, should I try to give her another dose of PB?
