Hi! My Eye Is Bothering Me. It Is Red And

Hi! My eye is bothering me. It is red and irritated. I wear soft contacts and sometimes the contact will break and cause irritation but I don't think that is the problem because I took my contact out just fine. I am wondering if I have something wrong with it more than just something is stuck in it and irritating it because I do not feel any foreign object in my eye. My eye keeps watering and is sensitive to the sunlight. It started bothering me last night so I took my contacts out and put my glasses on. I have been wearing my glasses all day but my eye does not feel better and is worse.
