Hi My Father (65years) Has Undergone Cellulitis Treatment At Care

My father (65years) has undergone cellulitis treatment at care hospital on right leg foot 5years back and it was cured. However, swelling is observed once in a while.
Now again we could see the symptoms (reddish skin and swelling) below Right leg knee.
Is it because of cellulitis again?
