Hi, My Father Has Been Using Acitrom Since 30 Years

Hi,
My father has been using Acitrom since 30 years after having valve replacement surgery for heart.
Now he has been diagonised with acute sub dural haemmorhage ( five minor blood clots) and taking the treatment in hospital.Now the clots are slowly being decreasing but my concern is..what will be the stage or further issues after his recovery/discharge from hospital?!
