Hi My Father Is 67 Years Old And Just Had

Hi My father is 67 years old and just had an MRI done as he had problems in walking with swelling on his left foot. The MRI showed a subdural hematoma.(He had a bad fall 6 to 8 weeks ago.) The surgeon advised to wait for 7 days before surgery( burr hole) as my father is clinically stable and is on blood thinner (asprin). Can he be flown for medical treatment? Flying time is 3 hrs.
