Hi, My Father Is Suffering From Dymentia For Last 2.5

My father is suffering from Dymentia for last 2.5 years. They have lost their memory after 3 brain strokes in last one year. Now the following medicine is going on:
Tab Qutan 50 mg -- Twice a day
Tab Etilam 0.5 md -- OD
Tab Clopitab 75 mg -- OD
ExeLon Patch 5cm -- OD
Tab MetaZap MD 0.5mg -- SOS
Is there are any side effects of these medicine or need any change? The question is because when they become agressive, we give medicine and they sleep other wise again agressiveness in their behaviour.
