Hi, My Father Is Using Rifagut 550 Since Last 1

Hi,

My father is using Rifagut 550 since last 1 year as he is diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. Would like to know side effects of this tablet in long run? Should we gradually reduce dosage from 550 to 400. Plus advise. Overall health wise he is keeping well.
