Hi, My Father Was Diagnosed With Typhoid 2 Weeks Back.

My father was diagnosed with typhoid 2 weeks back. He was treated with antibiotics and other medicines and there was no sign of fever. But after 2 days, fever again popped up and yesterday, we got the widal test done which says:
O -> 1:40, 1:80,1:160 -> Positive
H -> 1:40, 1:80,1:160 -> Positive
AH -> 1:40, 1:80 -> Positive
BH -> 1:40, 1:80 -> Positive
Could you please advice what could be the reason and what should be the next step?
