Hi, My Father(53) Is Suffering From Disc Pain For Quite

Hi, My father(53) is suffering from disc pain for quite some time. MR image impression is in favour of L3&S2 vertebral body small Lipohemangiomas. Dessicated diffuese disc bulges at L1-L2, L2-L3 causing Thecal Sac Indentation.
May I know what the problem is and cure for this? He is diabetic.
