Hi .. My Father's Dengue Test Is Negative.. But He

Hi .. My father's dengue test is negative.. But he had fever till 102 3 days back which is normal now. His platelet count is down to 60000 and tlc/dlc are little less than normal. His SGOT/SGPT is high as well.
Doctors say it might be viral and he will recover soon. I am worried since 3 days back it was 99000 and then 78k and now 60k.
