Hi. My Friend Allison Said That After Her Boyfriend Fingered

Hi. My friend Allison said that after her boyfriend fingered her, she bled for about an hour afterwards. I didn't believe her, seeing as though I don't see how someone can bleed after for a whole hour after getting fingered, but I wanted to see if she is lying or if this could be true. Thanks!
